Erich Heckel - New Catalogue Raisonné of the Prints

In October 2021, after many years of preparation, a new catalog raisonné of the prints of Erich Heckel will be published in 3 volumes.

Heckel's graphic works consist of a total of almost 1100 woodcuts, lithographs and etchings from the years 1903 to 1968. The three-volume œuvre catalog offers a comprehensive, critically annotated new edition of Dube's first catalog raisonné of 1964/74 and provides fascinating insights into the multi-layered graphic oeuvre of the important expressionist with numerous explanations of content, the naming and description of individual prints as well as cross-references to the rest of the work.
