Hamak's work fits no category, they are painting as well as sculpture. His focus is on pure colour, which lends a mysterious glow to his wall objects. Hamak's theme is the state and the outer condition, in which colour and three-dimensionality reach a harmonious relationship. In 2004 he created an installation for the cathedral of Atri in Italy, which was then transferred to the Bocconi University in Milan on extended loan.
